He passed away. Try his brother.
A trace that returns a disconnected number and stops has told you almost nothing. The property still exists. Somebody still owns it.

The same trace does four jobs, and the relatives fields are where the probate deals are.

Have owner names? Include them. The address is enough to start. An owner name from the county record, and date of birth if you have it, raises precision.
Pay for the owners you can dial.
Per-record pricing (the industry standard for similar products is about $0.20 a row) makes every speculative pull a gamble. You’re billed on hits only, and a miss costs $0. Teams paying $0.20 a row could save $60,000 per million rows or more.

Cell match rate. A row we can’t match is billed at $0.00, which makes re-running a list routine rather than a line item someone has to justify.

Questions we get on the call.
How is credit-header data different from the public-record data most skip tracers use?
Credit-header data is the non-financial identity information that sits on credit bureau files: names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth and related identity signals. It never includes scores or account details. It’s the same data tier the top five providers in this industry run on. Most one-off skip tracing tools resell public directories instead, which are scraped and often stale, and that’s why their numbers stop reaching anyone.
Do you retain or resell our data?
No. Your file is never retained and never resold. It’s matched, appended and returned to you.
Can we re-run the same list?
Yes. Hit-based pricing is what makes speculative pulls viable: you only pay for what comes back, so testing a list nobody else is working costs you almost nothing.
Why a call instead of a price list?
Pricing is set at your volume, and the fairest benchmark is your own pull. We trace your addresses live, and if we find what you couldn’t, you’ll know inside the call.
What if we’re under 3,000 records a month?
BatchIQ is built for teams running 3,000 or more a month, and we’d rather say so up front. You can still book, and we’ll tell you on the call whether it’s a fit.
Bring 20 addresses you couldn’t trace. Watch the owners come back.
We trace them live on a short call. If we find what you couldn’t, you’ll know inside the call.
